Support

Something not working, or an idea? Email hello@longwave.nl. A person reads every message.

A station won't play

Stations go offline or move their streams. Longwave tries the other copies of the same station it knows about, then shows "No signal". Spin the dial, or try again later.

No song titles

Some stations don't send them. Longwave borrows titles from another stream of the same station when it can.

Presets

Your first favourites are your presets. Drag favourites to reorder them, and choose 4, 6, 8 or 10 presets in Settings.

Siri and Shortcuts

"Spin the dial" and "Play preset" are in the Shortcuts app and Spotlight with no setup.

Start over

Reset your taste from History. To remove everything, delete Longwave and then its folder in ~/Library/Containers (Finder lists it as Longwave).

Privacy

Short version: no account, no ads, no tracking. The privacy page has the whole of it.
